I pray before the Honourable Sir that whether in this short explanation of Ram temple trust it was explained properly why the Rs.17 crore was transferred through RTGS out of 18.5 crore for the land valued Rs. 2crore ipso facto? Whether the initial offered price for an agreement of land is multi times greater than the actual price of the land?
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly local volunteers of the Bharatiya Janata party were collecting donations from the innocent and gullible citizens of this country to fill their own pockets quite obvious from the post and it is well known fact that apex court of India will not take any action in the matter because everyone likes like minded people and they are colluding with each other in looting the innocent and gullible people.
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that saffron brigade of this country looting the innocent and gullible citizens of this country in the name of construction of the Ram temple since 35 years when they initiated the movement to make the Ram temple and they initiated the chariot campaign with the help of sister concerns and Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang dal.
I think that district magistrate must provide following information if he has taken any action against those collecting donations from public and misusing.
ReplyDelete1-Aforementioned representation sent to D.M. Ayodhya is also attached to this representation, Please provide the action taken in the matter if any on the part of district administration.
2-If D.M. did not deem fit to take any action, then provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
3-If D.M. Ayodhya takes action any action on the representations of aggrieved people received on the executive email of D.M. , then provide how many emails received and action taken on the number of emails by District Magistrate during last month and this month.
I don't think that they will take this application submitted under subsection 1 of section 6 of right to information act 2005 by the public spirited person Yogi M. P. Singh will take seriously because they know that if they will provide information in the public domain they will be exposed and it is quite obvious from the post that land of price value of 2 crore was purchased in 18.5 crore rupees and even then registry was not executed by the concerned public authorities which reflects the deep rooted corruption in the donations taken by the RAM temple construction trust having patronage of the ruling party.
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that in the name of construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya saffron brigade is seeking donations since the year 1986 when Bhartiya Janata party and its sister concerns initiated campaign to make the Ram temple at the birthplace of RAM in Ayodhya. Consequently they collected huge fund and where is going these funds no one knows and this matter is of the national interest or National issue which resulted huge loss to this country reaping benefits of this issue a particular outfit of this country.
