We are facing feeble network being provided by the Jio service provider which is creating a lot of problems for me, and I am trying to reach the customer care of Jio service provider, but I am failed because of their cryptic dealings.
On the one side of screen our great prime minister Mr Narendra Modi Sir is claiming to provide good governance, but the actual fact is that we are crying only. Think about our miserable condition that we are providing money to the service provider, but they are not providing us services. Whether it is not cheating by the current service providers, Jio company.

This is with reference to the complaint raised by customer regarding weak coverage issue at his location. We have sent attached email dated 12/6/2021 to Mr. Yogi M P Singh informing the resolution.

Here no proper grievance redress is available to consumers and service providers companies doing business in the communication sector treat customers arbitrarily and if aggrieved knocks the door of the concerned department then in the name redress of the grievance, they make available parrot note  which is made available by them in every case. Whether best service means they have written in the grievance that they are providing best services to the customers but unfortunately these services are not reaching to them. In future, they will make efforts to improve the services. Whether these stupid public servants can not say that you may talk regarding the particular grievance and touch the submissions of the aggrieved customer. As far as competency of the public servants are concerned, most are passed in their academic exams through copy, so they have no knowledge and have no ability to understand the contents of submitted grievances.

Here conditions of the public staffs to consumers are disastrous and the need of hour is that we need a transparent and accountable mechanism with competent staffs having impeccable integrity and no support to growing corruption which is rampant at present in our government machinery.  The attached report is a general parrot reply, but here applicant wants a specific reply concerned with the raised problem.

Since the government is adopting lackadaisical approach to the problems of the customers especially consumers who are submitting representations before the government functionaries is the root cause of the problems being faced on the large scale by the consumers in this largest democracy in the world.

  3. Now definition to do the business has been changed as successful businessmen now a days have the blessings of political masters. They commit wrongs to mislead the people and indulge in the illegal business but no action is taken because of the blessings of the political masters.

    Nothing is moving on the right track in this largest democracy in the world everything is manipulated and whatever visible to the naked eyes that is front picture but the actual picture is behind the screen.

It is quite obvious that service provider jio Reliance Infotech company is not providing proper networks to the consumers so that they are facing acute crisis of the network speed and not navigating the internet services on the mobile hand phones and repeated complaints are being made before the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India but they submit the parrot reply which is not only arbitrary but inconsistent with the submissions of the grievance.
