 Think about the anarchy of Modi Government that RTI portal directly denied that mentioned registration number does not belong to central government online RTI PORTAL while applicant is seeking registration number of the online submitted RTI Application but failed process in middle. Following is the error message.

Sorry, Your RTI Request could not be filed due to transaction failure.

If your bank account has been debited for transaction, Registration Number of the RTI application will be provided in your email id with in 24-48 hours after a bank reconciliation is completed.

I think that now you can see the transaction during online submission of the R.T.I. Application to PMO.
