Report submitted by the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr. Manoj Kumar Yadav, it has proved that Dileep Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh has been caught red handed in the theft of electricity consequently F.I.R. as aforementioned registered by the junior engineer of the department of electricity.

Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation): Any threat of injury to person, reputation or property with the intent to cause them to do something which they are not legally bound to do is a form of “criminal intimidation”.
