Now Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) cryptically blocked applicants from submitting grievances on the jansunwai portal, quite obvious from the strange behaviour of the website. When I click the submit button, then after processing for a few minutes, it is stopped automatically and sometimes a message is displayed on the screen that contacts the webmaster.
At least they may keep regard to my RTI request and ask Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) to declare his assets voluntarily. कम से कम वे मेरे आरटीआई अनुरोध पर ध्यान दें और अरविंद मोहन, उप सचिव (मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश) से स्वेच्छा से अपनी संपत्ति घोषित करने के लिए कहें।
With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that I made an appeal before the First Appellate Authority in the office of chief minister Yogi Adityanath registered on the online portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh as

This means they know well that any order passed by the chief minister is ratified by his office first and then implemented by the subordinates.
4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that entire information commissioners and chief information commissioner of India have already declared their assets on the website of CIC because they know that if they will declare their assets then it will enhance their morals to ask others to do so. Consequently, it was the obligation of the chief minister's office to declare their assets voluntarily, but unfortunately, they did not do so.
At least they may keep regard to my RTI request and ask Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) to declare his assets voluntarily. कम से कम वे मेरे आरटीआई अनुरोध पर ध्यान दें और अरविंद मोहन, उप सचिव (मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश) से स्वेच्छा से अपनी संपत्ति घोषित करने के लिए कहें।
