* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status of the submitted RTI application, it is quite obvious that RTI applications submitted by the appellant on 19 July 2024 which was forwarded by the nodal officer to the concerned public information officer on 20th July 2024 which means one month 18 days passed but concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the information seeker which is violation of subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 by the public information officer so action must be taken against the public information officer Mr Manish Kumar Srivastava executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd district Mirzapur.

The appellant is seeking the following five points from the public information officer Manish Kumar Srivastava whose designation is executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mirzapur currently.
1- Public information officer must provide the number of consumers whose electricity dues are greater than Rs.11932 in village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar, district Mirzapur. 2- Public information officer must provide the number of consumers whose electricity dues are greater than Rs.11932 in village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar, district Mirzapur have been issued notice to pay the electricity bill.
3- Public information officer must provide the number of consumers whose electricity dues are greater than Rs.11932 in village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar, district Mirzapur whose electricity connection has been disconnected by junior engineer and sub divisional officer Chhanbey.
4- Public information officer must provide the name and posting details of junior engineer and sub divisional officer development block Chhanbey, district- Mirzapur including the date when they joined Mirzapur District.
5- Public information officer must provide the duration of time to restore the connection of the Aditya Narayan Dubey whose details are as aforementioned.
This is a humble request of the appellant to the most respected Sir to direct the public information officer to provide these five points of information to the appellant as well as take disciplinary actions against the public information officer for violating the provisions of right to information act 2005.
