* Description of Information Sought The crop of the Dayanand Singh S/O Shobhnath Singh was burnt on 18th April 2021 due to short circuit. The report was submitted by the concerned Lekhpal on 15th June 2021 which was forwarded by the Kanungo and 19th June 2021. For more details please take a glance of the first page of the attached pdf document to the online rti application.

It is quite obvious that this report was signed by Lekhpal and Revenue Inspector and then it was sent to executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mirzapur by Tehsil Sadar, district-Mirzapur.

On this page, there is also a communication dated 7th November 2022 of executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mirzapur made certain objections as follows.

1-Copy of FIR regarding burning of crop, 2-Copy of Bank passbook and 3- Initial of tehsildar Sadar Mirzapur on the compensation assessment paper. 

More than two dozen communications were exchanged in the matter with the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd district Mirzapur.

Second page of the attached PDF document is the report of sub divisional officer Jangi Rd dated 5th march 2024 proving that a report of Department of electrical safety has been submitted to executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mirzapur.

The 3rd page of the attached PDF document is the copy of fir dated 23rd July 2023. The 4th and 5th page of the attached pdf document is the copy of the passbook of farmer Dayanand Singh. 

Public information officer must provide the following information to information seeker point wise as follows. 

1- The report of Tehsil Sadar on 19 June 2021 forwarded by Kanungo was found missing from the office of executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mirzapur when applicant visited on 5th October 2024 in compliance with the order of SIC in hearing dated 4th October 2024. 

Please provide the name and posting details of the public staff who remained file custodian of this file from 19th June 2021 to 5th October 2024.

2- Please provide the action if any taken by executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd in regard to the aforementioned missing file. 

3- Please provide the information of the first information report, if it has been registered by the police regarding the missing file.

4- Please provide the office memo, circular and government orders issued by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited regarding the missing files of the offices.

5- Also provide the mechanism to proceed against the file custodians under whose custody files are missed and also made available concerned circulars, office memos and government orders.
