IGRS is the abbreviation of integrated grievance redress system, which Hindi translation is एकीकृत व्यथा निवारण तंत्र अर्थात समस्त समस्याओं का एक निदान केंद्र किन्तु बड़े आश्चर्य की बात है की आप कह रहे है की राज्य सूचना आयोग की आराजकता की शिकायत इस केंद्र पर नहीं की जा सकती है बहुत ही आश्चर्यजनक है और विस्मय कारी है खास तौर से मुख्य मंत्री कार्यालय का यह रिपोर्ट जो की स्थापित लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के विरुद्ध है यह प्रशासक की बहुत बड़ी अयोग्यता है की वह प्रजा की समस्याओं से दूर भागे क्योकि वह भ्रष्ट राज्य कर्मचारिओं के प्रभाव में संज्ञा शून्य हो चुका हो चुका हो राज्य सूचना आयोग की आराजकता किसी तरह से नजर अंदाज करने लायक नहीं है
