This implies that there is sheer lawlessness and anarchy in the working of the chief medical officer Mirzapur and its subordinate organizations. Everyone knows that the prescribed time to provide information under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act is 30 days but the concerned nodal officer did not forward the matter to the concerned public information officer even after two and half months. It is quite obvious that the public information officer of the department of medical, Uttar Pradesh took under the teeth the provision of the Right to Information Act 2005 i.e. he violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Think about the gravity of situation that 17 years passed since the date when the Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced by the government of India with the motive to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities but it is confirmed that because of corruption, corrupt staff of the government made the provisions of the act ineffective. The Transparency ombudsman itself plays a negative role by demoralizing appellants seeking action against wrongdoer public information officers. Penalties imposed on the wrongdoer public information officers are never recovered from their salaries because of rampant corruption in the working of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

* Description of Information Sought Public information officer may provide the following information point wise as follows. As far as Jansunwai portal is concerned there is no option for spraying anti Larva solution because it comes under the Ambit of chief medical officer district Mirzapur and no option on the Jansunwai portal is available to make a complaint to the chief medical officer district Mirzapur.
1-PIO may provide the information to make online complaints against the dereliction of spray of anti-larva solution by the team nominated so by the chief medical officer.
2-PIO may provide the information regarding team members and its monitoring head who are accountable to spray anti-larva solution in the district Mirzapur.
3-PIO may provide the cost of medicines used for spray to curb the growing number of mosquitoes in the district in the current financial year.
4-PIO may provide the cost of medicines used for spray to curb the growing number of mosquitoes in the district in the financial year 2020-21.
5-PIO may provide the name and posting details of the malaria officer and chief medical officer currently posted in the district Mirzapur.
