Honourable Sir may take a glance of the attached document to the representation. 2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that in-charge, Police Chowki- Mandi Samiti was present at the Chauki, denied to take written application on the flimsy ground that I had written regarding the theft of a mobile and police chowki can take only those applications in which mobiles are missing. 3-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that in-charge, Police Chowki- Mandi Samiti was pressurizing to write about the missing mobile instead of theft of mobile. 4-I pray before the Honourable Sir that it seems that police concerned is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter, so a first information report be lodged in the matter, so that matter may be referred to a specific designated post to trace the stolen mobile as applicant is too much aggrieved with thief caused too much troublesome. 5-It seems that concerned staff instead of making serious efforts to search the mobile, they put the written representation of the applicant into a heap of garbage if there is no transparency and accountability as they are feeling shame in searching the mobile set which will only promote the criminal elements. 6-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the applicant is facing trauma because a valuable mobile hand set lost as criminal element stole it and police concerned is taking it negligently ipso facto.
