* Description of Information Sought UP CM Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday set a deadline of three months for all ministers to declare theirs as well as their families assets while bringing in a new directive of making it mandatory for provincial civil services (PCS) officers also to declare theirs as well as their families assets annually, along with IAS officers, in a bid to increase transparency in the system. Undoubtedly, it would prove great success in the direction to curb deep-rooted corruption from the public system and would set a history if achieved in letter and spirit.निस्संदेह, यह सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था से गहरी जड़ें जमाने वाले भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने की दिशा में बड़ी सफलता साबित होगी और अगर अक्षरशः हासिल किया गया तो यह एक इतिहास स्थापित करेगाOur chief minister Sir has given three months time for public functionaries and their family members to declare the assets voluntarily to promote transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities which is a herculean task for the chief minister office and requires well planned strategy. हमारे मुख्यमंत्री महोदय ने सार्वजनिक अधिकारियों और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों को सार्वजनिक अधिकारियों के व्यवहार में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्वेच्छा से संपत्ति घोषित करने के लिए तीन महीने का समय दिया है जो मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय के लिए एक कठिन कार्य है और इसके लिए सुनियोजित रणनीति की आवश्यकता है
PIO in the office of chief minister, government of Uttar Pradesh may provide the following information point wise within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of the section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 as follows.
1-Copy of the circular/ government orders/office memorandums issued to subordinate offices for disclosure of assets voluntarily.
2-Name and designation of the subordinates of the Honourable chief minister who declared their property voluntarily.
3-PIO may furnish the access to information regarding strategy to ascertain success of the pious campaign of voluntary disclosure of the assets by the public staff initiated by the stalwart chief minister Yogi Adityanath has created sensation among corrupt sheep.

If the officers in the Government of Uttar Pradesh have amassed huge wealth which is disproportionate to their known source of income then how can they provide the detail of their assets?
ReplyDeleteअगर इस दिशा में कुछ सारगर्भित प्रयास होता तो संबंधित जन सूचना अधिकारी सूचना दे दिए होते किंतु यदि कोई प्रयास हुआ ही नहीं तो वे क्या सूचना देते यही कारण है गृह विभाग द्वारा जनसूचना आवेदन को पुणे मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय को वापस कर दिया गया
